Something for Everyone
We offer a variety of classes, taught at different levels of difficulty to meet the different needs of the community. From gentle, yet invigorating classes like Easy Does It to intensive fitness training like Bootcamp as well as youth sports activities such as Basketball. We also offer enrichment programs including arts and craft as well as a Future Leaders program for youth. Our sports and fitness programs are ongoing throughout the year with classes offered six days a week. Please contact our Program Director, with questions.
