Handball is the oldest game played with a ball. In its most basic form, the sport of handball, from which racquetball was derived, involves striking the ball against a wall with the hand. Players must alternate hits and contact the ball before it bounces twice on the floor. There are many versions of handball, from the traditional four-wall in a 20-foot by 40-foot court to outdoor three-wall, to one-wall. Traditionally, handball was played in YMCAs across the country, mostly by men. In recent decades, however, the sport is being promoted to and enjoyed by thousands of young people and women.

We offer a 12 week introductory youth handball program designed by the United States Handball Association. Program ends with an in-house tournament.

Courts are available to members and guests Monday-Friday 6:30am to 8:00pm and Saturdays from 8am to 5pm.
